What earns a place in this directory

Accepted source paths

• Provider-controlled apartment or community sites
• Provider-controlled property-manager pages
• Public map community records, visibly labeled as public sources, only when a provider page cannot identify the exact community — they support identity and location, never current terms

Not copied here

• Marketplace or aggregator copy
• Provider marketing descriptions
• Changing terms, application details, and lifestyle claims

Photo policy

Photos on each record come from that property’s own source listing, labeled as such, with the source one click away. If a record ever lacks a source photo, a clearly-labeled illustrative scene stands in — never presented as a photo of the property.

What a listing label means

Source-linked means a public source supports the record’s identity and location. It is not an endorsement, ranking, or independent approval.
