How this directory works
1. Real photos, from the source
Every photo on a record comes from that property’s own source listing — never stock imagery posing as a listing. Each one is labeled “source listing photo,” and the source page stays one click away.
2. Only stable facts
Records carry what doesn’t drift: identity, address, property type, layouts when the source shows them, and the organization behind the listing. Time-sensitive terms stay with the publisher.
3. Sources get checked
Each record shows when its source was last checked. If a source can no longer support a record, the record gets checked against the source again or removed.
4. No steering, no rankings
This directory doesn’t rank properties, assess neighborhoods, make suitability claims, or provide housing advice. It’s a neutral index — a listing here is not an endorsement.
5. Corrections are welcome
If a record needs attention, the correction path takes the record name, source page, and what’s off — then the record is checked against its source before anything changes.
6. Honest about what it isn’t
Not a broker, not a property manager, not a marketplace. No renter inquiries are collected or sold; the goal is a clean handoff to the publisher.
